Websiteo Plus (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates smallbusinesswebsitedesigners.com. This Payment Policy explains how payments for our website design and related services work. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Project Pricing
Our website packages (Starter, Growth, and Authority) are priced as one-time, fixed-fee projects, as listed on our Pricing page. There are no hidden fees – the price shown or quoted in your proposal is the price you pay for the agreed scope of work. Optional ongoing services, such as monthly SEO or care plans, are billed separately and only when selected.
2. Deposits
A deposit is required before work begins on your project. Deposit amounts are set out in your project proposal or invoice. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
3. Payment Schedule
Unless a different schedule is agreed in writing, projects are billed in two parts: a deposit due before work begins, and the remaining balance due upon project completion, prior to final handoff and launch. For larger, full-service engagements, milestone-based payment schedules may be arranged and will be detailed in your proposal.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment by bank transfer, major debit/credit cards, and other methods specified on your invoice. Payment details are provided with every proposal and invoice we send.
5. Late or Overdue Payments
Outstanding balances are due upon completion or as specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on any project with an overdue balance until payment is received.
6. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Our satisfaction guarantee means we will revise your project within the agreed scope until you are satisfied with the outcome. This guarantee relates to the quality and delivery of our work; it does not change the deposit and payment terms described above.
7. Third-Party & Recurring Costs
Some costs are billed directly to you by third-party providers rather than through us, with no markup. These typically include domain registration (approximately $15/year) and cloud hosting (approximately $20/month). These costs are separate from our project fees and continue for as long as you use those services.
8. Currency & Taxes
All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be identified separately on your invoice where required.

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
